We’re on the lookout for an Account Executive (we’d call you an Inbound Marketing Specialist) & an Account Manager (we’d call you an Inbound Marketing Manager).
Who we’re looking for…
2-3 years+ in client facing marketing role (ideally digital, that’s not a deal breaker though)
Great writing skills. You’ll need to be able to appreciate good copy. We have amazing writers in support.
Tech-savvy. You’re not afraid of finding your way around software, we use a lot of different tools to make our lives as easy as possible.
Experience with WordPress would be great, experience with Hubspot would be fantastic!
Proven relationship-building skills and client communication. Our business is built on outstanding communication - with our clients and colleagues.
What we’d like you to do…
Become an expert at managing inbound marketing tactics working with our amazing team of writers, designers & technical wizards. Including blogging, social media marketing, search engine optimization, eBook/download/content creation, website updates, email marketing, and others.
Understand & analyse our client’s marketing analytics, creating reports, and recommending future strategies and tactics.
Act as an extension of our client’s team – you’ll be expected to know their business as well as they do.
Execute inbound marketing plans proactively to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
Stay informed about inbound marketing industry developments and be able to utilize these developments to your clients’ benefit.

The other stuff…
Salary: £20k-32k (depending upon experience)
Hours: 7hr working day (35hrs/week) – which we stick to
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays (33 days in total)
Rising to 30 days + Bank Holidays (38 in total) after 5 years of service
