Job Title: SEO Executive
Location: Location: Hybrid (one day in our office in Cheltenham with the remainder WFH)
Hours: Full time, 9-5pm Monday – Friday (open to part time hours)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEO Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the world of search engine optimisation, supporting the team in various tasks and learning from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients:
- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by supporting day-to-day communication and addressing queries promptly.
- Work closely with the SEO Manager and team to ensure all client needs are met and high-quality service is consistently delivered.
- Help identify potential SEO opportunities for client growth by conducting research and analysing data.
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, share key insights, and support in implementing recommendations.
Keyword Research & Analysis:
- Assist in keyword research and analysis by identifying relevant search terms using SEO tools such as SEM Rush.
- Learn to use keyword research tools effectively to identify high-value search terms.
- Support the team in developing and maintaining keyword lists.
On-Page Optimisation:
- Assist in implementing on-page SEO best practices, such as title tag and meta description optimisation.
- Learn to conduct basic on-page audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the team in implementing content updates to improve on-page SEO.
Technical SEO:
- Assist in technical SEO tasks, such as identifying and reporting broken links.
- Learn to understand basic website technical SEO concepts, such as sitemaps and robots.txt.
Reporting:
- Learn to use SEO analytics tools to track and monitor website performance.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and reports on SEO performance.
- Attend client meetings to report on account progress and support in preparation for these meetings and delivering the reports.
Industry Research:
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices through industry research.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum experience of 18 months in a similar role.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and SEO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
