Is an integration included in my onboarding package?

HubSpot has a super-clever ecosystem of pre-built integrations that are ready to use whenever you need them. Before purchasing your HubSpot account, please review the details of the specific integration you're interested in. Please note that our standard onboarding doesn't not cover support or setup for these integrations.

 

If the integration you need isn't available within the ecosystem, a custom API solution might be possible. We can provide support for both custom builds and ecosystem integrations on request. A thorough scoping, feasibility assessment, and cost evaluation will be required. 

What if I need to migrate data from my existing CRM?

As part of your training, you'll learn how to upload a basic data set to the HubSpot platform. If you require Angelfish to handle your data upload for you or if you need a full migration from your current CRM system, we can offer a quotation for this service.

 

Please note that this is an additional service and is not included in our standard onboarding packages. To proceed, please share an example data set or inform us of the system you're migrating from, and we will provide details on costs, feasibility, and timelines.

Is any customisation included in my onboarding?

Our Onboardings offer training and consultation services only and do not include any customisation or implementation.


For more advanced customisations like custom properties, workflows, templates, pipelines, or custom objects, our helpful team will be happy to take a brief, review your requirements, and provide information on costs, feasibility, and timeframes for your custom build project.

What happens at the end of my onboarding?

After your initial training and setup is complete, our team will be available to provide ongoing training or consulting tailored to suit your specific needs. In addition, you'll also have access to discounted rates for our inbound marketing planning programme and campaign support services. Prices for these options can be provided by your onboarding team upon request.
