Is an integration included in my onboarding?

HubSpot has an incredible ecosystem full of pre-built integrations that you can plug in and use anytime. Please be sure to check the details of the integration you want before you purchase your HubSpot account. Our onboarding does not include support for these integrations or set up work as standard.

If the integration you need is not in the ecosystem, you may be able to find a solution through a custom API build. We can offer support for this and any ecosystem integration on request. A full scoping, feasibility, and costing exercise will be required. 

What if I need to migrate my data from my current CRM?
During your onboarding we will complete a data assessment and you will be shown how to upload a basic data set to the HubSpot system. If you need Angelfish to execute your full data upload or you need a full migration from your existing CRM system, we can provide a quotation to support you with this. This is an add-on to your onboarding and is not something that is included as standard in any of our onboarding packages. Please provide an example data set or let us know what system you want to migrate from and we can provide costs, feasibility and timings.
What configuration is included in my onboarding?

Our Onboardings include training, consultation and configuration of your portal.

*Configuration will only be carried out during the session. The following is excluded from these sessions: Configuration of tools; Calls, Target Accounts, Ads, Website Pages. Integrations. Config of any 3rd party platforms. Development or coding. Graphic design or copywriting.

In most cases, it is completed in-session, or in a state that can be confidently completed by the customer. Any configuration outside of these sessions would have to be scoped and quoted for. Determination of what configuration is outside of the scope of the session is at the trainers’ discretion.    

What happens at the end of my onboarding?

Once your initial training and setup is completed, our team will be able to offer ongoing training or consulting to suit your needs. In addition, you can benefit from discounted rates for our inbound marketing planning programme and campaign support. Costs for these options are available on request from your onboarding team.
